We had our first "TheNGen" Service today at TIBC, a contemporary service for a church body mixed with children, young professionals, families, retirees. Feedback was mixed, but generally positive. I received Comments such as -

"It was so uplifting, I really enjoyed the music."
"That was the best service I've been to at TIBC."
"I enjoyed Jed's sermon."
"Excellent, Keep it up!"

were positive, but some also said

"It's dark in here, how can we see?"
"No one knows how to sing those songs",

so there's still work to be done, and we can improve the services! Please join me as we work together to lead a contemporary service that speaks to the heart of our congregation. We have set dates for the rest of the year and scheduled speakers to share the sermon for those Sundays. Hope to see you on a Sunday for TheNGen!
